divan.eco delivers sofas, beds and upholstered furniture from the factory to the agreed address. We pack furniture carefully and coordinate the delivery route, timing and receiving details with you before shipment.
Delivery terms
- Furniture is shipped disassembled in factory packaging: cardboard and stretch film protect the upholstery from dirt and damage.
- Carrying to the apartment, floor lifting and assembly are discussed with the manager when the order is confirmed.
- The logistics team contacts you in advance to agree on a convenient date and time interval.
How is the delivery cost calculated?
The exact cost and timing depend on the destination, distance, furniture dimensions and order contents. Send a request or ask for a call back: a manager will calculate the delivery option and answer within about 10 minutes.
How to receive furniture
Before signing delivery documents, inspect the package carefully. If the packaging is intact, you can receive the order.
If the package is damaged
- Inspect the package together with the driver.
- Take photos of all visible damage.
- Ask for an inspection report and describe the damage in it.
- Open the damaged part of the package and check the furniture.
- If the product is damaged, take photos and add a note to the report.
This procedure helps protect you: the transport company records the case, and divan.eco helps resolve the replacement or claim.
