Furniture warranty and returns
divan.eco checks furniture quality and helps customers with warranty, return and exchange questions. The exact decision depends on product condition, order details and applicable legal requirements.
Can I return furniture without defects?
Furniture of proper quality may have return restrictions if it is a household furniture set or was made/configured for the order. If the model, size, color or configuration is not suitable, contact the manager: we will check what options are available for your case.
If you find a defect
If the product has a defect that was not agreed before purchase, keep the order number, take clear photos and contact support. After review, divan.eco may offer replacement, repair, price reduction or refund according to the situation.
Damage during delivery
If damage appears during delivery, record it when receiving the order. Take photos of the packaging and product, write the damage in the inspection report and contact the manager as soon as possible.
Warranty period
- Upholstered furniture and sofas: 1 year 6 months from the sale date.
- Cabinet furniture: 3 years from the sale date.
If furniture is delivered through a transport company, the warranty period starts from the date the carrier transfers the order.
What is not covered by warranty
- damage caused by fire, flooding or natural events;
- chemical, mechanical or thermal damage;
- incorrect use or damage during self-assembly;
- normal wear and tear;
- intentional product damage.
